We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Insurance Benefits Representative to join our pool of talented and exceptional people. As an Insurance Benefits Representative, you will perform administrative tasks for an insurance agency including administrative tasks, answering phone calls and dial outgoing calls, client communication and claims follow-up.

Strong communications skills are required together with knowledge using Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adjusting policy coverage
• Updating information, addresses, VINs, etc.
• Modifying payment plans
• Updating policy discounts
• Checking policy increases
• Quoting new policy for new business
• Client communication
• Collecting new client information for new quotations
• Processing mortgagee updates and changes
• Processing policy cancellations
• Completing certificates of insurance
• Policy reviewing
• File auditing
• Claims follow up
• Prospecting
• And more…

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience as an Insurance Benefits Representative or similar role is required.
• Solid understanding of billing software and electronic medical records.
• Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Stellar customer service skills.
• Must be willing to work graveyard shifts.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule if necessary.
• Overtime and holiday shift is possible.

Technical Requirements:

• Stable wired internet connection with a minimum of 10mbps up to 25mbps.
• Laptop or PC specs:
         CPU: At least i3 or AMD Equivalent (higher the better)
         RAM: 4gb-8gb (higher the better)
         HDD: 500gb
         SSD: optional
         GPU: optional
• Working webcam
• Headset with noise-canceling microphone
• Back-up internet is highly recommended
